There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on canvas wall art unless it arrives in a damaged or defective condition.
It’s important to carefully inspect the canvas wall art upon delivery to ensure there are no damages.
To be eligible for a return / refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The following must be sent to Big-Bluedesign@hotmail.com:
- Receipt or proof of purchase.
- Description of the issue.
- How the order was packaged.
- Picture of the damaged items and packaging.
Upon review of the above and all conditions are met, we can either initiate a free replacement order or a full refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item only, send us an email at big-bluedesign@hotmail.com.

Clothing:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased in the wrong size or color. To ensure the best fit, please refer to our detailed size chart and read the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase. By carefully selecting your size and color and utilizing available resources, you can mitigate the risks associated with a strict no-returns policy for wrong size or color selections.
However, if there is an issue with the quality of the product, you can get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving the item to report the problem . If the quality assurance team validates your claim, we will send a complimentary replacement order or provide a refund if a replacement is not possible. Please note that color variations due to the printing process are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under the quality guarantee.
Defective or damaged products, as well as lost orders, are eligible for a replacement or refund under these conditions.

Returned items due to wrong address, rejection by the recipient, or unclaimed shipments will not be refunded, but you can place a new order at your own cost. For items returned to sender, you can place a new order and provider will arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order, with you only paying for the shipping costs again.
For shipments with an insufficient address provided by the customer, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. You will be liable for the costs of a new order with an updated address.
